- Proactive delivery notification via various channels such as-e-mail, SMS, fax and phone
- On-line tracking and reporting tools to monitor your shipments
- Customs Clearance Services
- SHA offers a range of non-standard import and export clearance and handing services. This is particularly useful when sending high-value or multi-content shipments that require special paperwork or handing.
- Payment/Billing Services
- SHA offers flexible billing and payment options for transport charges, duties and axes. This flexibility gives you the freedom to bill the sender, receiver or a 3rd Party.
- Insurances
- On top of the standard SHA liability, we provide insurance services that offer our customers financial protection against all risks of physical loss or damage from any external cause.
- Packaging
- Two types of packaging solutions:
- Free of charge Standard Packaging that consists of SHA flyers, Bags and document envelopes
- Special Packaging that consists of premium quality SHA cartons and boxes, meeting shipping requirements for many different products
