La was born on 31st March 1985 in Saang District, Kandal Province, Kingdom of Cambodia holding Cambodian nationality. He can speak, read and write excellent Cambodian, English and Little Chinese Languages. He has working experiences in the related fields such as accountant, finance & administration, general managing in freight forwarding, transportation, courier specialist and public relations.
He got master and bachelor degree of Business Administration in the field of Management at National University of Management in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.
He had studied the comprehensive knowledge such as course of taxation law, cost of accounting, leadership and management, human resource management, advance course in freight forwarding and multimodal transport, sea freight cargoes, courier and air freight cargo, ‘“Project Cargo Management” and Global Supply Chain and Logistics Solution, practical and effective administrative skill English and Chinese Languages at Toun Fa Chinese School ( 端åŽå¦æ ¡) .
He has joined many conferences, seminars in local and oversea as well as business mission in Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia, Thailand, Bangkok, Vietnam, HCM.

Bunthea got Bachelor Degree in Economics Specializing in Enterprise Management at Royal University of Law and Economics in year 2014 and he graduated many courses such Reservation system course (Galileo by Travelport), Course in Freight Forwarding and Multimodal Transport (CAMFFA), Courier and Air Freight cargo, Diploma of English, Special Premier English Laboratory (SPEL) program at PUC Institute of Foreign Languages.
